Frequently Asked Questions
How is your fabric sold? Is it continuous yardage or pre-cut?
It depends on the fabric material:
100% Woven Cotton: Always cut to order as one single, continuous piece straight from the bolt (for example, ordering 3 yards means you will receive one continuous 3-yard cut).
Knit & Specialty Fabric Bases (Double Brushed Poly, Bullet/Liverpool, Rib Knits, Velvets, Spandex, etc.): To ensure the fastest possible processing and shipping times, these specialty knits are pre-cut into 1-yard pieces prior to shipping.
Need Continuous Knits? You can select 'Continuous Yardage' as a custom option on any knit product listing. Please note that selecting continuous knit yardage requires a special custom print request from our warehouse, which extends processing and ship time by approximately 7β9 business days.

What are DTF transfers?
What are DTF transfers and how do I apply them at home?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers are digital designs printed onto a special clear film that can be heat-pressed directly onto almost any fabricβincluding 100% cotton, polyester, blends, and dark or light colorsβwithout needing to weed or cut away excess material.
Home Application Instructions
Whether you use a household iron or a heat press, follow these core steps for a long-lasting print:
1. Temperature & Time Settings
- Heat Press / EasyPress: Set to 300Β°F β 325Β°F with heavy, firm pressure for 12β15 seconds.
- Home Iron: Set to the Cotton/Linen setting (NO Steam). Press straight down with firm pressure for 15β20 seconds per section. Do not slide the iron back and forth.
2. Pressing Process
- Pre-press: Press your blank garment for 3β5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- Place: Position the DTF film on the garment with the printed design facing down against the fabric.
- Cover & Press: Cover the film with a sheet of parchment paper or Teflon and press with firm pressure.
3. Peeling & Final Finish
- Cold Peel: Allow the design to cool completely to the touch before slowly peeling the clear film back flat against the shirt.
- Final Post-Press (Crucial): Cover the exposed print with parchment paper and press one more time for 5β8 seconds. This seals the design into the fabric fibers for maximum softness and wash durability.
Care Instructions
- Turn garment inside out before washing.
- Wash in cold water with mild detergent.
- Tumble dry on low heat or line dry.
- Do not iron directly on the exposed print.
