*Please note: If your chosen fabric is out of stock or we cannot accommodate a rush, we will reach out within 24 hours. You are also welcome to send us a love note before ordering to double-check our current rush schedule!

Custom Order Terms

Your cover is made to order and ships in 5–7 business days (up to 10 during peak season).
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of ordering — after that, cutting and stitching begin and the order can't be canceled.
Custom-size covers are made to your exact measurements and are non-refundable unless there is a craftsmanship defect.
If your cover arrives flawed or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll issue a replacement or refund.
