By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order with Blush & Bloom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable shop policies, including our Shipping & Returns and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• All custom fabric orders are printed to your specifications and are non-returnable unless defective or misprinted.
• Digital artwork, seamless files, and coordinate designs remain the intellectual property of their respective designers and Blush & Bloom.
• Purchasing printed fabric does not grant a license to reproduce, redistribute, or resell the underlying digital files.
• Please review scale previews carefully using our Scale Visualizer and Design Studio tools before checkout.

Processing times vary by product type. By placing an order, you acknowledge the following timelines:

• In-stock woven cottons and standard pre-cut knit pieces ship within 1–3 business days.
• Continuous yardage knit orders are custom cut and ship within 7–9 business days.
• Custom printed fabrics are made to order and ship within 7–10 business days.
• Handmade apparel and custom Bible covers ship within 5–7 business days, or up to 10 business days during peak seasons.

All designs, photographs, product descriptions, and website content are the property of Blush & Bloom or our licensed designers and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

• Reproduction or unauthorized commercial reselling of non-licensed digital seamless files is strictly prohibited.
• You may not copy, scrape, or repurpose our product images or descriptions for use on other marketplaces or websites.
• Trademarked and licensed character fabrics are sold for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Blush & Bloom is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our fabrics or products after receipt, including but not limited to:

• Fabric shrinkage, color fading, or texture changes resulting from improper washing, drying, or handling.
• Garment production errors, fit issues, or project mistakes made after purchase.
• Damages caused by failure to follow recommended care instructions or fabric usage guidelines.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the purchase price of the item.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Please inspect your fabric upon arrival and reach out within 7 days if there is a defect or error.
